Ashwin combines his business experience with his love for vegan cooking to create a space where yoga, healthy food, and peace come together. A lifelong vegetarian and passionate chef, he ensures every meal is nourishing and made with love. His warm, welcoming nature makes everyone feel at home. At Shanti Mizu, Ashwin’s vision creates a truly heartful experience.
SARAH LACOMBE
INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER, FRANCE
Your guide on a journey of balance and calm. After years in a corporate job in France, I discovered yoga as a path to true well-being. Now, I teach Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to help you find inner peace and lasting wellness.


NANDINI SHEELA
500-HOUR CERTIFIED HATHA YOGA TEACHER AND FITNESS COACH
With over three years of experience managing a yoga school. Her background blends deep yogic knowledge with practical leadership, allowing her to guide students with clarity, structure, and authenticity. As a fitness coach, she bring a holistic approach to movement—balancing strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Known for her discipline and dedication, she creates supportive spaces that encourage consistency, growth, and self-discovery both on and off the mat.




SHRIKANT AUTI
INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER
Shrikant is an experienced yoga teacher rooted in meditation and self-inquiry. He is dedicated to share mindfulness, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda in a practical and accessible way. He teaches yoga philosophy as a means of turning inward, cultivating awareness and recognising one’s inner truth and Ayurveda as a guide for cultivating balance in daily life. He also supports the organisation through website management and online communication.


AYUSHI TANDON
500 HOUR CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER AND FIT INDIA AMBASADDOR
A certified yoga instructor from Rishikesh — the birthplace of yoga. With over 12 years of experience and 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification (RYT 500), She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, meditation, and breathwork. As a Fit India Ambassador and Miss Yogini 2018 awardee, her mission is to share the transformative power of yoga, helping individuals enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. She also conducts corporate yoga sessions to promote wellness and stress management in the workplace.
