Your guide on a journey of balance and calm. After years in a corporate job in France, I discovered yoga as a path to true well-being. Now, I teach Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to help you find inner peace and lasting wellness.

Trained in Rishikesh and Goa, Barsha specializes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Since the beginning of her teaching journey, she has had the privilege of guiding students of all ages with warmth, presence, and compassion. She truly believes that, "Yoga is everything. Everything is Yoga." As both a lifelong student and a teacher, her intention is to help people reconnect with their mind and body while experiencing the transformative power of yoga.

Shrikant is a spiritual seeker dedicated to the exploration of awareness, self-inquiry, and the wisdom traditions of Yoga. He approaches yoga philosophy as a living inquiry rather than a system of beliefs, inviting others to reflect on fundamental questions of identity, suffering, meaning and the true nature of the self. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Yoga, Vedanta and mindfulness, he shares insights that encourage a deeper relationship with one's inner experience.

900 HOUR CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER AND FIT INDIA AMBASADDOR

A certified yoga instructor from Rishikesh — the birthplace of yoga. With over 12 years of experience and 900-hour Yoga Alliance certification, She specializes in Yoga Anatomy & Alignment, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga.
As a Fit India Ambassador and Miss Yogini 2018 awardee, her mission is to share the transformative power of yoga, helping individuals enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. She also conducts corporate yoga sessions to promote wellness and stress management in the workplace.
