Core Offerings
Ayurveda & Massage Treatment
Dive into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda through this insightful lecture designed to deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and also Dinacharya (daily routines)/Ritucharya (seasonal routines), exploring how these unique body-mind constitutions influence your health, behaviour, and well-being.
Following the lecture, each participant will receive a personal Ayurveda consultation with the doctor. This one-on-one session offers a deeper look into your individual constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti), and after the consultation, you will experience personalized Ayurveda and massage treatments designed to restore balance and enhance overall well-being.
Wholesome Nutrition
We offer nourishing, pure, and light Sattvic Vegan meals, made with love and rich in prana (life energy). These meals cleanse the body, calm the mind, and fuel your yoga and meditation practice, helping you feel balanced and energised throughout your retreat
Comfortable Stay
Our yoga retreat accommodations are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Each room is well-appointed with air conditioning, WiFi, and an en-suite bathroom. Choose between single or double occupancy—perfect for those traveling with a companion.
Therapeutic Yoga
Our Therapeutic Yoga sessions are fully personalized to support your unique body and health needs. Designed to work gently with your system, each session addresses specific conditions—whether physical discomfort, chronic illness, or emotional stress. Using breath, movement, and stillness, this practice helps restore balance and promotes healing from within.
Meditation
Join us for 1–2 meditation sessions each day. Not only will we connect with our inner selves, but we’ll also immerse in nature’s healing energy. You’ll learn various meditation techniques to quiet the mind and deepen your connection within.
Silence
Each morning, from the moment you wake up until breakfast, we invite you to embrace a few hours of intentional silence. This quiet time is a sacred opportunity to be fully present with yourself—free from conversation, distractions, or external stimulation
Excursions
Our retreat is a journey of both inner and outer exploration. We’ll take you on excursions to visit sacred temples and unwind on peaceful beaches. Adventure awaits with short hikes and nature walks that deepen your connection to the vibrant spirit of India and the tranquil atmosphere.
